My Journey in Graphic Design and Leadership
I, Antoinette Nordor, am a graphic designer, creative leader, and lifelong visual storyteller with over 7 years of experience bringing ideas to life across digital and print media. As the Lead Designer at Pro Line Products, Inc. I blend creativity, strategy, and collaboration to create designs that not only look great but also deliver meaningful results.
Over the years, I've led branding initiatives, mentored designers, cultivated strong client partnerships, and developed creative systems that improve workflow and efficiency, including creating the first header template for Over Time Drinks. I thrive in collaborative environments where diverse perspectives spark innovation, and I'm passionate about helping others grow and succeed in their creative journeys.
My professional experience spans a variety of industries and organizations, including Pro Line Products Inc., Plano Type & Graphics, FedEx Office, United Airlines, and Camelot Ghana PLC. These opportunities have allowed me to build expertise in branding, print production, visual communication, and operational excellence while working with teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. My education and professional experiences have shaped my belief that great design is about more than aesthetics; it's about creating connections, solving problems, and telling stories that resonate.
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for creativity, continuous learning, and meaningful design. Whether I'm leading a team, collaborating with clients, or mentoring emerging creatives, I strive to create work that has a positive, lasting impact.
When I'm not designing, you'll likely find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, singing along to my favorite music, or working on a sewing project. I| love the process of creating something from scratch, whether it's a beautifully crafted design, a delicious meal, or a handmade piece of clothing. For me, creativity doesn't stop at work; it's woven into every part of life, and that's what makes it so rewarding.Â
