Journey in Design & Leadership

I’m Antoinette Nordor—a graphic designer, creative leader, and visual storyteller with years of experience turning ideas into designs that actually work.

As Lead Designer at Pro Line Products, I mix creativity, strategy, and a little bit of “let me fix that” energy to create strong designs, improve workflows, mentor creatives, and keep projects moving. I’ve worked across branding, print, digital, production, and client collaboration with companies including Pro Line Products, Plano Type & Graphics, FedEx Office, United Airlines, and Camelot Ghana PLC.

I hold a BFA in Graphic Design from KNUST and an MFA in Graphic Design from SCAD. I believe good design isn’t just about making things pretty; it’s about solving problems, telling stories, and making people pay attention.

I’m naturally curious, always learning, and definitely not afraid to challenge the “we’ve always done it this way” mindset.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably cooking, singing way too confidently, or sewing something I decided I absolutely needed to make myself. Creativity doesn’t clock out when I do, it follows me everywhere.
